I started doing 10 pushups every time I go to the bathroom. It's something light. I'm doing counter pushups since scooby recommended one start there. However, my elbow feels a little "pop" on the right side after a bit. What does one do about this? Stretch beforehand? What stretches? What is it? >Thank you for your help anons
