>>77250796i think it's the oppositei want to train but i keep getting sick. idk if it's a good idea to train through this sickness. i'm supposed to hit arms tonight but my head is throbbing and my skin feels like sandpaper
>>77250812Just go and hit the arms dude
>>77250764A cold persist longer than 2 weeks, even if most symptons are gone your body is still affected.
both times I've gotten sick this last year were right after a run after a break in running
>>77250812>idk if it's a good idea to train through this sickness.depends on the sickness. I hit a hard leg day with a sinus infection and it made it 2x as bad. The pressure in my eyes and sinuses made it feel like my eyeballs would pop out. Later in the shower I was blowing green and red snot out of my nose for hours. I actually had to go to the doctor for this infection. If you think you can manage it, go for it.
