Do not buy a barbell, noob!!!
It's more expensive and takes more places.
Instead, follow this final training:
Pull ups + dips + dumbbell exercises (with a single dumbbell).
You can train everything with this and it's more functional.
Two dumbbells are a waste of money, buy a single adjustable one.
What about legs? Pistol squats with dumbbell / backpack, single leg dumbbell deadlift.
With this you can train everything for years with minimum money. Do not get yourself jewed.

Lots of the ye olde strongmen lifted one dumbbell, in fact it was used for strength feats alongside the barbell c&j and snatch for a while until those two took over popularity

Two routines exist

1. Upper body -> Arms + shoulders -> Legs
2. Push -> Pull -> Legs
Both are similar, whatever you prefer.

exercises: dips, pull ups, press, lateral raises, curls, tricep extension, pistol squats, one leg deadlift, and some other shit
