I think if I ran maybe 40 minutes daily, stretch and do some core training until I dropped down 10kgs. And from then on start lean bulking. >>77251443Are you the same anon that wanted to look like that one wrestler? If so, do 2. Lift at a mild caloric deficit or at maintenance and you'll gain muscle anyway because you barely have any. From there adjust your diet as your body composition changes. More muscle = more calories and fat burnt at rest anyway.
