I’ve been training for health instead of aesthetics. I’m not the healthiest I’ve been in my life. My bp, rhr, and a1c are low. I do the hardest exercises to make myself tougher. I lost some size but realized size doesn’t win fights. I also train boxing and wrestling a few times a week and spar/go live once a week. Big guys think they’re tough, but they can’t fight.
