Why do anti diet dietitians act like its undoubtedly true that if you dont eat what you “want” to eat, it means you will binge on that kind of food?

Like not thst long ago we didn’t have any food we wanted immediately available to us, so why act like its natural biology to binge on any food we want?

>act like
Women will "act like" whatever they think will garner them the most attention, it doesn't mean their opinions on things should be taken seriously.

When I was a kid I would just avoid meals entirely because I didn't want to be around my shitty family, so don't give me this bullshit "I HAD TO EAT ITS A DISABILITY". I starved myself until my ribs were jutting out and never felt any uncontrollable compulsions.

(I since gained weight after growing up and moving out)
