I want to start eating this disgusting slave slop in the regular because its nutritional profile is great. How can I make it palatable?

I have tried overnight oats with 50g oats / 150g milk/ 100g Greek yogurt / 2 tablespoons flaxseed / 1 banana / 5-6 walnuts.
It unifies into a slimy soft textureless dense mixture (pic definitely unrelated) that only the banana can make me eat it - barely. I am also considering baking it into fitness bars.

Mix it up and pour it straight into your stomach through a tube.

I buy bags of frozen mixed berries for my yogurt and I enjoy it. I make overnight oats sometimes and don't mind the texture, but I understand how it isn't for everyone. Adding a bit of maple syrup improves the flavor a bit. I'm looking forward to mango season, fresh mangoes are another great addition.

if you don't fancy the oatmeal: 3 spoons of oats, 1 egg, splash of water, salt and pepper. into a hot pan, fry it like a pancake. you now have savory sides.
do the same but add whey, fruits and more water or milk: you have pancakes.

Add a bunch of different non-normie bougie-ass fruit powders. You can easily hit higher total polyphenol content in one serving than a whole day's worth of Bryan Johnson's Blueprint diet doing that.
>>
>>77251783
Swap the banana with frozen berries and mangoes/peaches. Swap the flaxseed with chia seeds. Add some cinnamon and a pinch of salt. You’re welcome!

t. Groat enjoyer (they taste worse than oats)

i've gotten used to just water and oatmeal in the microwave. i think i appreciate how honest and clean it is or something. i dont think oatmeal can be made to taste particularly good anyway. idk how idiosyncratic this is but you may also be able to just give up and enjoy it enough as is. max out other meals and foods instead

Rather than taking nutritional advice from IRL söyjacks, ask people who have the look you want what they eat.
