I think I am not going to weigh myself for a long time. I'll weigh what I weigh. What matters is I keep getting stronger, more muscular, leaner and train better while eating the macros I should and sleep. The results will absolutely come with supplements I am on, nutrition, training and rest. The weight is irrelevant. It will keep dropping on its own by me doing things right and thinking about the numbers only fucks with my head. Once I drop a lot and can see a big difference in which I look lean it'll be worth weighing in. In a year doing this if I weigh 200, 195 now or 206 will be irrelevant in the long run.

I've seen countless times people say "you can totally build muscle while losing weight bro!" How many of you have actually done it? I've never once in all my yo-yo dieting cycles where I've lost anywhere from 50-100 lbs have I ever ended up with more muscle than I had when I started. No amount of lifting or protein did anything for me. Maybe it's just the low test but I don't have any observable symptoms for it so I doubt it's that. I just think people are full of shit and you need to be in a caloric surplus to build muscle which contradicts the goal of weight loss.

Question for you guys. I am now 211 pounds and 28% bodyfat. I was 283 last year and I didnt take the proper measurements but probably like 40% bodyfat. According to calculations, if I go to 180 lbs I should be 15%ish bodyfat. Does that sound right. I lost like 70 pounds and only lost 12% bodyfat. Losting another 31 shouldn't have me lose 13% right? I thought I would be a lot lower bodyfat than 28% now cause losing % bldyfat only gets harder the smaller you get?
