Mostly
I think HIT is phenomenal for general health and wellbeing. But it's really mid for bodybuilding and strength sports without rare genetics. It'll still keep you gaining on a long time frame it's just a bit slower and harder to sequence training when you got competitions or stuff that are set deadlines.
