Why are so many people obsessed with being lean and having abs? Do y'all walk around shirtless all the time or something, with the goal of only impressing men?Far too often do I see people lifting DYEL weight, who say "I want to bench 315" then wonder why they're stuck at 245, when they weight 155 pounds at 5'11 and are scared shitless of the scale going up.
>>77252491I started as skeleton and it was scary to me to bulk because scared of getting fat, fat is disgusting, also it takes effort to eat moreDid it anyway, got stronger but can’t lie I’m looking forward to cut. The thing is, as dyel you have to bulk for a while for it to be worth cutting. I’m gonna do one year
>>77252491if ur skinny u need to bulku can cut whenever u want and be lean again but u gotta bulk to build muscle
>>77252491there is literally nothing less important in this world than getting your bench up from 245 to 315NOBODY caresand 100% of people chasing this accomplishment get fat and disgusting you’ll exclaim>no, that isn’t true!but you, yourself, are fat because you are chasing numbersfat is disgusting. to women and to all living people. lean is law.
>>77252491being lean is better
>>77252491bulking without getting fat is really hard, pretty much everyone fucks up their first bulk and gets fat. and if you're intermediate natty, you're gonna gain maybe like 20-30% strength most of which you'll lose again when you cut back down. one good bulk is ideal if you're natty, but it's very easy to see why people don't even bother, body fat is extremely uncomfortable to walk around in over like 15%
>>77252491>obsessed with being lean and having abs>Mark_Rip-ur-toes_teachin(...)g_fat_people_how_to_seek_Medtronic_devices.pngSame false dichotomy as the skelly-twinks complaining about how they don't want to be fat. I take a whole bunch of weight loss AND weight gain supplements concurrently, ascended past all that bullshit; keep abs well in2 perp w8.
>lean is law>puts a shirt onalright
It's waaaay too easy to mess it up and get super fat most people don't track like they should and it's better to look skinnyfat than to have good lifts but look fat
>>77252554>there is literally nothing less important in this world than getting your bench up from 245 to 315Conversely there is nothing MORE important then getting your bench from 95 to 245and that's what bulking is for>and 100% of people chasing this accomplishment get fat and disgustingEveryone with a 3 plate bench looks like shit huh. Post your physique
>>77254214>It's waaaay too easy to mess it up and get super fat most It is not easy at allIt's actually very hard to find examples of normal guys who bulked and lifted hard and got "too fat."There are bullshit meme images that get posted here. But everyone who actually lifts hard and gains a bunch of weight ends up look good, without getting too fat.
>>77252491>bench 245, when they weight 155 pounds at 5'11no one doing SS would have those numbers
>>77252554Clav can barely bench 185 and he gets all the bitches.
>>77254282No not really. You eat an extra 300-400 calories a day and the weight piles up
>>77252491Do you think his wife is still cucking him with bbc on a regular basis?
>>77252491Mainly because the advocates for it look like this mediocre hog. You cannot expect shallow vain to a fault people to take advice from someone they don't want to look like.
>>77254158>implying women are impressed by fatceps in a t-shirt and they won’t notice that you have a bloated fat fuck facewomen can’t measure it, but facial leanness is one of the first things they clock in a man
>>77254278fine. to be more accurate:90-95% of NATTY guys spent a significant time looking like fat dogshit sloplords to reach a 315 bench. some of them managed to cut later. most of them stay fat.
>>77254454I gained 70 lbs I know how it works. You don't get fat overnight and if you start getting too much it's easy to reign it in>>77254474This does not look like the bimbo described in that story
