Why are most strength and conditioning coaches against the concept of microloading?
Novices can progress just as well without it, intermediate/advanced peeps can't hit true rms consistently, 5rm you did today might not happen next week if intermediate/advanced so you need to change percentages and lifts and micro loading becomes meaningless in the context. You can't microload your way to 300kg squat.
