The best single, easy, thing you can do for yourself. For the last few months I have been making sure to stop eating and drinking 2-3 hours before I go to sleep and it has helped my recovery immensely. My sleep quality went from meh to great with this one change. My recovery is noticeably better. Minimum 2 hours before bed absolutely zero food or fluids, if you can make it 3 hours even better. No need to go 4 or more, no ROI there.
