I used be comfortable and dry up to like 35C now I get sweaty pits sitting in my underwear.
What the fuck do I do to fix this bullshit???

Also heat exposure. Stop using your AC just be hot all the time, you'll adapt.

Having good cardio will make you sweat quicker and more when exerting yourself, but sweating because of (normal) room temperatures sounds like something else

Yeah, I also developed heat sensitivity and hyperhidrosis when I started lifting and doing cardio.It fucking sucks. When you do intense cardio or lifting, your body’s thermoregulatory system undergoes adaptations to dissipate heat more efficiently which results in a lower sweating threshold. More muscle and regular cardio also raise your BMR which makes you generate more heat. What helps is wearing lighter, looser shirts that allow some airflow. You should also make sure to have good electrolyte balance. That helps me a lot with heat tolerance and sweating. Also, getting fit can sometimes unmask underlying hyperhidrosis, which I also have a mild form of, so you might want to get your thyroid checked.
