I have had issues with my dick since I started it. Whether its coincidental or not is another matter. I've since stopped it and my dick hasn't really gone back to normal. Maybe it is from wanking too much, but this issue did not arise until I started taking finasteride. Make of that what you will.

So probably mostly mental, or maybe it is people who are really out of shape or overweight.
