sup /fit/

I altered my workout to be time based rather than rep based. I'm looking for a watch that can set time intervals for lifting/cooldowns (see this vid as an example of what I want to set up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEaWO-qTW98) but a lot of what I'm seeing is either $200+ super watches with features I don't need or cheap shit that can't set up a timed routine like I want from the video.

Anyone have some recs they can share?

What about used Apple Watches SE

I use an apple watch, but I think a garmin is better. I like it, especially when doing cardio.

Apple watch can do that, but it‘s more about cardio than lifting. There are probably some apps, but you will most likely pay for them.

Garmin Fenix. They are $250 off right now
