>>77254792The best way is to iron proof your lower back by developing strong glutes. Get a strong hip thrust and then do some lower back work. Also work your adductors and abductors. You should max out the machine for this. >t. Pulled my back doing 120kg deadlifts and then did lots of glute work. Got a strong hip thrust, and now can deadlift 180kg for reps
