I need help losing weight I'm 19 weighing at 126 kgs at 176cm height I just need a healthy BMI that's all please any tips and tricks if anyone's going to give workout advice please for my quads, triceps, abs, and pecs.

Start by accurately tracking the food you eat to the gram, and work your way up to getting 10k steps a day. That is all you need to do to start. Obviously it would be more ideal if you lift consistently as well.

If you do this you will lose fat at an almost amazing rate. You could be 80kg by the end of the year. All it takes is will and not lying to yourself. It's up to you.

im recovering from an eating disorder after 10+ years so these might give u one but they work for losing weight

normie tier
>look up a TDEE calc and eat 500-1000 cals less per day, adjust the amount once per month
>get a low calorie drink you like (gatorade, ginger ale, monster etc.) and have that for breakfast. it does a good job suppressing the food noise
>work out regularly. especially in larger people it burns a lot of calories
>brush your teeth and take a nap if you feel like you are about to binge

esoteric tier
>water only. except that one breakfast substitute drink mentioned earlier
>get anti-bite nail polish (its transparent and super bitter) and put it on one finger. lick the fingernail when you are hungry
>get konjac jelly. its a good snack and it’s 4 calories
>bring no food to work. cant binge if theres nothing to binge
>watch nasty mukbangs while you are eating

supreme arts
>keep a wall tack in your pocket and press it into your thigh when you are hungry. switch up locations so you dont have a one inch patch of pincushion skin
>(only if youre tight) stick a finger one knuckle deep in your butthole (lubed). yes it hurts and you will be in pain all day and immediately have to shit but the last thing you will want to do all day is eat
