I won't lie that I'm a skinnyfat bastard. I started swimming and going to the sauna and have been going 2 times a week for a month but is it just a meme if you want to get natty? All I hear from youtube is that it's just for cardio and the only way to achive a "swimmers body" is literally just to workout. The swimming part just sound like a sports hobby with no benefit except maybe for cardio days or stretching.
>>77255380Natural strength training. Swimming is for cock suckers.
>>77255380feels good man
No but going to the sauna is nice
>>77255380just order that pizza, join the lobby and indulge in brainrot pleasure, then some porn as well. You know it will happen eventually.
Swimming is no better or worse than any other form of exercise. If you want a "swimmers body":1) Genetics - you're going to have to have certain limb lengths and proportions. Hard to describe what this looks like, buts generally taller and gracile, not shorter and thicker. No exercise can give you this "look" only your parents can. Assuming you have the genetics move on to2) be lean. Swimmers look is lean. Be 12% or under bodyfat. Diet gets you lean. Exercise helps, but ultimately, it doesn't matter what you do to get lean, be lean.3) Shoulders and Back should have decent development. Go ahead and spam shoulder lifts, especially overhead press. Also, pullups and chinups, not so much horizontal rowing. Deadlifts will help.4) Legs. Squatting alone should do it - the goal is to have muscular shape, not size. As long as youre lean, squatting only will develop good shape, especially the glute/back tie in. Leg press builds retard legs. Fell ROM squatting will build swimmers body legs.If you enjoy the act of swimming, then go ahead. Buts if you don't start with that look, its almost certainly less effective at developing "the look" than steps 1-4 above
I went swimming today and there were a couple of really cute nymphette sirens who were calling to me like I was Odysseus and I thought "tight ass, small booba, maybe high school, would impregnate" but then they want to the kiddie pool and I thought maybe they weren't high schoolers after all.
