Q&A
>How do I start?
Trim current workouts down to one set to failure using roughly 75% of your 1RM, know the signs of momentary muscular failure (MMF) and then start an HD program or stay with your own

>How often do I train?
This is limited by RECOVERY.
For amount in hours, the jury is out, Mike recommends 72hrs between workouts (96-120 for truly advanced lifters) but John Heart recommends up to 3x/week and McGuff says 7 days is the minimum for necessary supercompensation.

>How do I know if I've fully recovered?
Do you have residual DOMS? Do you feel energized and in a good mood the morning of a workout day?

>Won't I get detrained?
If you're already plateau'd doing a roidweenie 5-day split with 5 working sets per muscle, do you have anything lose?

This is Heart's tweaked version of the IR that includes some much-needed arm supersets.
>>
>>77256651
Is the extra days between workouts thing real? So if I just go from 2 to 3 days, I'll actually recover?

None of them are natty.
Natty hypertrophy needs volume, regardless of intensity.

HLM/conjugate full body is the thinking man's programming.

How much volume? There’s so much conflicting information
>>
>>77257924
actually natty just need intensity

Sure, that’s why victims of SS all have huge upper bodies and no quads.

John heart's only 5'10 on a good day and you can tell he looks "small" compared to any guy even on TRT.
