Ouch oof owie, fucking help, moving my head back or to the sides makes this spot hurt, ah shit
Pls help, it hurts so bad
Have you tried rolling it out?
Do you remember doing anything in particular that caused this issue?
>>77257275Nothing, it just manifested itself out of thin air a few hours after waking up.
>>77257282Post a back pic I wanna see if you have scoliosis
>>77257338
>>77257354Looks like there's some very slight curvature. I have the same thing from growing up on my PC but that's nothing major. With injurys and kinks I've had they resolved on their own by me just doing what I could do and getting blood to the general area. I reccomend that you spend the rest of the day doing light stretching of your neck and shoulders and if the pain isn't too bad some extremely light dumbbell rows with like 5kg, full rom, slow, that sort of thing. Icing it isn't a bad idea either. Come back tomorrow with results.
>>77257375Ok. I feel like warming the area helps, I did light stretching today.Seeya tomorrow
>>77257005Might be a fucked disc. Take at least 2 weeks off and make sure it's completely pain free before you start lifting again. I fucked this area so many times it eventually stopped recovering and I have to be creative with my training to avoid painful flare ups. Spine injuries are no joke.
>>77257005I've had lower back pain countless times but can't recall ever having upper back pain. Usually I just wait for it to get better, ice it a couple times a day, and don't exert myself too much.
>>77257005this japanese man has been afflicted with shogun demon flu
It's even worse today
>>77258690Rest it. That's all you can do for now.
>>77258741Should I go to the dogda?
Same but I'm just so fucking tense up these, like I have to pop my spine but it just wont. I can't find a stretch that works
>>77258815Give it a few days and it should settle down. Take ibuprofen
>>77257406Do you live in an apartment or a house? I always found that doing light "all-body" work like raking leaves and such helps immensely. A jog or long walk is also helpful in my experience.
>>77258853Often times pain just radiates in a way that makes you think it's a "mechanical" issue that can be resolved by a pop, stretch or certain movement and it's just a misinterpretation of the signal. For example, if you strain a small muscle, it's entirely possible that the muscle itself won't hurt, but a part of the nearby spine or, the ribs, or a joint hurt, and sometimes you stretch or move a certain way and get some relief so you think it's just misalignment but it really just takes a bit of pressure off the nerve that's irritated.
>>77258915Apartment.Going for a walk now, hope it helps
I had aching in that region before, and a physio advised me to rotate my arms from the shoulders in large circles like an exaggerated rapper she called it, forward for a while and then backward like I was swimming on my back. not just the arms but lean into it and get the shoulder blades moving. bring your elbow down from up high like you were a muay thai guy about to crack some heads. the focus should be on moving the scapula
>>77258853>had the NICEST pop in the area OP is talking about last night, 3 separate timesOP what will maybe help is laying in your bed and trying to move your entire spine like a snake. you know what i mean? wave it. then slink side to side. it should be ok sounds like a cement mixer, and it will still be tender after but it goes away quicker i find
