Uhhhm, are you for real?
Like, legitimately for real?
Do you know how incredibly painful is it for me to both eat less (eating is a coping mechanism from all the abuse, anxiety and BPD ) and 'move more'.
I tried to exercise hundreds of times in my life and I find it incredibly boring to the point of it being painful. Also people judge me constantly because I inhabit a bigger body.
I have so many more things to do insead of mistreating my body, like caring for it and loving it the way it is.
Youre incredibly judgmental and bigoted, and by the way not everyone has the privilege to 'go on a diet' (healthy food is incredibly expensive) or to 'do some exercise'

Be better.

I know BPD girls who compulsorily work out to cope
