Hi /fit/ I’ve decided to go to the gym everyday or at least have a schedule on what to work on each day. I want to be shredded and im 27 years old and 240 lbs (5’8) so no time to waste! Can you gym legends help me form a schedule on what to do please, or point me to where to can find one! Also should I do cardio before or after lifting/building muscle?
