Man I'm tired of eating healthy food that tastes like female penis, I wish there was healthy food out there that tasted as good as Cinnamon Toast Crunch, or Skor Blizzard from Dairy Queen.

It seems as though that is not the case at all, I bet in the future, scientists will create a healthy food that tastes like M2 Browning.

Learn to cook, and focus on nutrient density and minimizing refined sugar.

When I crave sweets, what does the trick is:
-A protein shake with banana, milk, peanut butter, and chocolate whey.
-Oatmeal and whey.
-A banana slathered in peanut butter. Roll that bitch in oats for some texture.
-Pancakes made from cocoa powder, eggs, and bananas, with just a little flour to balance out the ratio because using enough eggs to make then properly protein dense, the batter will be runny. Once the pancakes are made, slather with peanut butter.

Other than that it's always something akin to
-Elk/Venison, Spinach, mushroom, garlic, pepper, and whatever dark barbecue sauce I'm using this week, all served in black beans and rice. Gouda optional.

-Steak/ground beef, lime, chili powder, carrots, and shredded mexican cheese in a toasted tortilla.

-Kung pao/thai chili/mongolian barbeque shrimp vermicelli with a heavy heap of matchstick carrots, cooked until the carrots are as soft as the noodles.

-Lamb burger with garlic, spinach, mushroom, feta, and/or Swiss.

-Bacon Mac and cheese where the volume is like 50% bacon and the roughly half the grease is used in place of milk for the Mac and cheese, but not all the grease because honestly any more would just be sickeningly gluttonous.

It's not that hard, and being able to cook a handful of things well is a great way to get your dick sucked.

What I found for sugar specifically is that if you cut it out 100%, you stop craving it, but if you even let yourself something like 1 cookie/bowl of cereal/blizzard a week, your craving will come back in full force. It sounds "drastic" to cut out all sugary foods 100%, but its really not, and after about 1-2 week, your cravings will disappear, IF you don't eat anything sugary. If your diet is still shit/full of hyperpalatable sugary meals (e.g., you eat cereal for breakfast), you'll never get rid of the cravings.

There are a number of ways to achieve this. First is changing the consistency of the food from dry paella-slop through stew-slop all the way to soup-slop. Water content is great for volume and satiety.
Next is substituting the rice for potatoes. Potatoes are less starchy and more filling than rice.
You can also add much more root vegetables like turnip and beetroot to increase the volume and fiber content. Cabbage is also great for this.
You can also realize that binging on low calorie density foods might not be the most sustainable strategy for weight management and you'll need to endure a brief period of constant hunger to acclimatize to proper amount of food

It is mostly your gut biome that causes the sugar cravings.
Give up sugar for 2 weeks. When you feel like you really need a sugar treat, have some plain yogurt with berries or plain kefir. Have other fermented things too as you want to change the bacteria makeup in your digestive tract.
Your sugar cravings will vastly subside in those 2 weeks.
Fasting can help as food will taste different after a fast.

I have never followed a recipe. You just have to learn to sample often until you get a sense for what flavors go with what ingredients and how to apply heat correctly.
