Let's talk about shit we do to help improve our sleep, because it feels like I haven't had decent sleep in ages>Bed and ready to sleep by 10PM>800mg Magnesium Citrate prevents dreams/nightmares>no fapping just before bed>Side sleep on my left, with my right arm extended on a pillow in front of me These have all been major helpers in sleep quality but it's still pretty bad
have you tried sex with a milf that has a virgin asshole?
>>77258627How do you know if a milf's asshole has never been penetrated by benis?

>>77258620Here's my routine>Cardio during the day to help tire me out>Phone away at 8.30pm>Ashwagandha & cup of herbal tea>Stretching routine for 20 minutes>Read/meditate/listen to music until I'm tired & relaxed>Sleep for 9 hours typically>Wake up and immediately open blinds to get sunlight
>>77258641Forgot to mention:>No caffeine after 10am>I snack on a shit ton of pumpkin seeds during the day so I don't take magnesium.
>>77258620>>800mg Magnesium Citratepoop explosion
>>77258620Only the first thing on your list does anything for you. You're better off installing blackout curtains, lowering the temperature in your bedroom a few degrees, and working yourself to exhaustion, physically and mentally, to give yourself something to recover from.
I'd hadouken in her shoryuken if you know what i mean
>>77258682first two work for me (i use sleep mask in place of curtains), but>working yourself to exhaustion, physically and mentally, to give yourself something to recover fromthis is a big problem for me, i am having an issue with waking up 1-3 hours early the morning after workout days. it's extremely frustrating because i feel like my own gains goblin, but it's literally just when my body wakes up
>Shower at least an hour before bed so I've got time to cool down>blackout curtains>aircon set to 17°>hydrated, but not so much that I'll have to wake up to pee>tired from training, but not overtrained>>77258716sounds like overtraining. You adapt to it over time (unless you're going stupid hard, in which case you need to deload for a week).
>>77258682>>77258655>poop explosionyes, it's truebut at the same time it's the only Magnesium form that stops me having stupid fucking dreams about being stuck in traffic or late in the airport
If you have any electronics in your room at all, get a silk mask to block out all light.>>77258742For me, it is the dreams about your car brakes not working right and your car slowly careening into the car in front of you.
>>77258742maybe i should try it. last night i had a disgusting dream about my high school friend getting bottom surgery
>>77258787I basically enjoy all of my dreams. I wonder if that has to do with sleep quality or psychology or something.
I fixed my sleep other than the anxiety about not getting enough sleep. Friday or Saturday night when I can sleep in? I fall asleep quickly, wake up maybe once in the middle of the night to go piss, fall asleep again as soon as I'm back in the bed and can sleep until noon without waking up again unless I set an alarm. Weekdays when I actually have to get up a set time and go to work?I sleep maybe three hours, wake up, and can't fall back asleep properly. I will doze off and wake up every 15-30 minutes until the morning, and usually if it's less than an hour until I have to get up I can't fucking fall asleep again. I don't stress about my job(well most days) I specifically stress about not getting enough sleep. Literal brain problems, I thought about seeing a psychiatrist about it or something.
>>77258916I've had this for years and recently I get my gf to literally lay on top of me and cuddle me in bed before we sleep. It seems to regulate my heart beat and calm me down
>>77258627>assholehomo
>>77258620No food or drink 2-3 hours before bed has been the biggest game changer for me. Like not even water in your mouth from brushing your teeth. NOTHING.
>>77258874>>77258787>have relatively frequent sex dreams, feel myself nut, all the sensations of a wet dream>wake up totally dry every timesupplements for this feel?
>>77258620I'm not sure a lack of dreams is indicative of good sleep. Don't you need REM sleep?I take ZMA before bed and have wicked dreams but I get quality sleep.
>>77259057People often say that but I usually get the best sleep when I things just go black and then I'm awake at 6. My dreams tend to be some stressful bullshit that never happens, is realistic enough not to snap me out of it, and goes on for far too long.
>>77259057>>77259075REM sleep is critical and helps memory consolidation. bad dreams are your brain - specifically your subconcious - processing emotions. your dreams have you clues for the shit you need to work through. what do you have nightmares about? I had bad dreams about situations where I had a lack of agency, things I couldn't stop that kind of thing. or situations presented as a choice but transpired to be a fait accompli. I can't go and aggressively slap my authority around without going to jail or losing my job, so the next best thing was to be assertive in a limited way without losing my temper or being a pushover.dreams stopped after that. honestly brah sounds like you need to work on something mental more than anything
>>77258639Virgin
>>77258620how can I look like this as a male?
>>77259151sounds like BS because my dreams tend to be some dumb realistic bullshit like getting stuck at airport securty despite not having flown in like 3 years or being late for a train when I've literally never used public transport in my countryPeople tend to put too much weight into the bullshit that happens in dreams
>>77259176Could you be stuck in life? Do you have successful relationships? Career? Friends? Funny how you tried to interprate quite literally. Nope, never bern stuck in an airport. Lol
>>77258620what a beautiful quad
>>77258620I had massive sleep issues and used prescription drugs and they worked for a while, then stopped helping, I'd wake up immediately after dozing off with full on panic attacks/adrenaline/cortisol pumping, a combo berserk/panic attack mode. The problem is always overactive sympathetic system. The solution is to do nothing engaging 1-2 hours before sleep, if you're doing chores, do them so slow you get bored, no coffee after noon, and not expecting to fall asleep. Go to bed, enjoy the softness/coziness/comfort, appreciate the fact you can lie down and (try to) relax, but don't expect/count on sleep. If you wake up with a start, again, don't even think about sleep, just go "my body is being crazy right now responding to threats that do not exist, but I understand there is no danger, accept that I won't get a good night's sleep, and will just enjoy the soft mattress". Focus on the bed being a nice place to be laying down. If your situation is as bad as mine was, propranolol before bed initially till you can sleep at least couple hours. >>77258916See above, my problems started exact same way. Just accept the fact your sleep is gonna suck for a while, you're not gonna die from that, and when you wake up, just do your best to enjoy the bed. You can get trazodone/atarax and I relied on them for a couple of years but eventually I got even more stressed and they stopped helping. Just letting go and accepting the fact I'm not gonna sleep for a while because body learned to associate bed with danger helped within a couple weeks.
>>77259176why would you expect the language and logic of the subconscious to mirror that of the ego? it doesn't make sense because it's attempting to express and make sense of those feelings through symbology and analogy, as it doesn't have access to the same language and logic structures you (you, as in your ego) do.I already gave an example of how I analysed my dreams to make sense of what my subconscious was pushing toward and then made a change which had measurable 'real world' effects. those dreams made little sense until I logged them and identified themes. I'm much happier as a result. if you don't want to believe that then that's fine, but you already tacitly acknowledge your dreams affect you by virtue of the fact you're hiding from your dreams. our entire conception of the world is framed by our mind. our minds do non-rational things, sometimes a non-ratiomal solution works as you're working in sync with a system that operates on instinct and feeling. our subconscious has been around for hundreds of millions of years. our ego for hundreds of thousands. you would do well to respect and understand it.
>>77259287More importantly, I learned that my body sees threat where there are none, and is making me feel anxious/stressed. I'm reteaching it that I'm a first worlder, I'm not in any physical danger, worst case I'm homeless and have to start from 0 but won't die (shelters, kitchens exist). So anything on top of that is just a relaxing game. Kinda like approaching sparring stiff and stressed vs loose and playful. Loose and playful wins.
>>77258742>>77258768You faggots should read some fiction/play games/watch movies. Your brain feeds what it knows/sees, I usually have whacky silly dreams that I like, that happens since childhood when scary movies give you nightmares. The oppposite is also true.
>>77258620Walk or bicycle for at least an hour and take magnesium glycinate before bed and you will have a good sleep guaranteed
>>77259176>my dreams tend to be some dumbThat’s because you are dumb
>>77259487>I'm so detached from reality I only dream about what some liberal faggots and hollywood kikes put in my headcool, thanks for sharing
>>77260278>what do you mean my brain generated dreams based on what I experience in real lifeNTA but you do this too. Just expose yourself to things that aren't complete slop
>>77258742You should reduce the dosage of magnesium. If your body is forcefully shitting it all out then you aren't even getting full absorbtion. Do like 250
>>77258620Sakura from street fighter
>>77260351the pills are 400mgi remember trying 400mg for like a week and it did nothing, when I upped it to 800mg it actually worked
>>77258620It could help to visit an ENT doctor. I dont have sleep apnea, but I do have very very little room in my nasal cavity for proper breathing at night. I end up mouth breathing during sleep which fucks with my sleep quality somehow, and Im sure it contributes to the neck pain I wake up with everyday
The absolute state of my sleep. At least I could sleep in until 10 because I don’t have to go to the office today.
>>77260278Dreaming of car breakdowns and traffic means you are a wageslave and by extension your life is bland, we are on the same boat you are just in another row.
>>77260776Jesus weptYou're fucking cooked cunt, too much caffeine? Too much stress? What's going on big guy?
>>77260789When i was NEET and didn't have a car licence I'd dream of that shit. It's just a fear of public embarrassment. I'd have dreams of missing flights or taking flights to places and fucking it all up. They don't really mean shit. You're on a gay boat cunt that's sinking and I'm laffin' ciao. - Martin
>>77258643have you ever pooped out a whole pumpkin seed?
>>77259287You should look into epitalon, pinaleon and if those two don't help you sleep cerebrolysin. That last one is definitely more expensive and tedious, but genuinely fixes a lot of deep problems like you're describing. And for the other two just go to glp1forum most sellers carry both and have US warehouses or deliver international gl anon >>77260776above post for you too
>>77258620I work from 5pm to 11pm then go to the gym at 11pm to save gas. Then I get extremely hungry when I get home and I can't help but snack on something which I'm sure is making my sleep quality dog shit.
