inb4 dyelYes I fucking know, I am not looking for compliments. My stats5'11'' @ 177lbsOHP 125lbs 3x4Bench press 192,5lbs 3x3Squat 175lbs 3x5 (I have ankle mobility issues and some issue in my right knee, need to go to the doctor, I am switching to leg press)I saw myself in the mirror and realized Im closer to 25% bf than to 20%, and I decided to stop my slow bulk short after 2 months. I just cannot go even more bloated to the beach. I never cared about that kind of shit, but I cant be that fatI am currently going 3-5 days/week to the gym with 2350kcal (550kcal deficit) & 2,2kg protein/lbs bw. I hope to lose 15lbs in 11 weeks (end of July)Should I be more aggressive or will I lose too much muscle on the way? I keep reading here about super aggressive cuts but idk if its too fuckedThanks for any advice beforehand
Another picture with different lighting in case it helps
>>77259352If you cut at that, you'll likely get discouraged when you see you're not so muscular underneath.Personally I would rule out wanting to look good for this summer, but I would try a prolonged fast or two. I did one for ten days and it was good. Also how the fuck is your OHP so strong but your bench is comparatively weak?
>>77259352You need to cut but you're going to dissapear. You would probably be lean at 140lbs
>>77259361What would be the benefits of fasting for 10 days? I am also under academic stress (I need to deliver my master thesis) and I dont think that brain fogging would be too good at this timeI also know I am not that muscular underneath, but if I gain say another 6lbs in those 11 weeks Im going to get even closer to 30% bf, which is mad. Its not about being lean but just trimming to 20%bf so I dont look like a fatass for the 1 week Im going to be shirtless and then I am back to bulking, this time seriously and for a prolonged amount of time (6 months at least)As for the OHP and Bench thing, I struggle with bench technique due to being wristlet if I had to guess honestly. Its getting better however. OHP has always been my best lift for some reason. And I do it strict, no momentum shenanigans>>77259365Yeah for sure, but I dont want to be lean, I just dont want to be a fatass as I have said above. Ill try to take fitness way more seriously as I stop being a student and begin working as I enter September, which I think will greatly benefit me in terms of sticking to a routine.Sometimes when as a student, life gets insanely bussy with stuff and I just couldnt keep up with fitness (and sometimes, drinking got in the way). I wish I had taken it more seriously in the past. Now I am 25 yo and regret not getting /fit/ in my earlier 20s, but it is what it is
