>btw im black if that matters
>>
>>77259483
i find it difficult to believe that it's hard for people to hit protein goals. i hit 200g per day easily and that's without shakes and i kinda have to cut back on it for my last meal just to hit other macros. what are you eating most of the day?
>>
>>77259497
broccoli, rice, chicken?
>>
>>77259483
>Im a retard who shits hinself after eating 2 eggs
>>
>>77259497
What are you eating on a typical day ?
I can only eat so many chicken breasts on a week...
>>
>>77259500
no, broccoli rarely actually, basically wholewheat bread, cottage cheese, eggs, milk, oats, rice, pasta, chicken and beef of different cuts, kimchi, spinach, romano peppers, asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, olives, olive oil, plenty of herbs, nuts etc.
aka learn to fucking cook

i mean i also live in southern europe and it's mad easy to get a variety of extremely good quality food here and food culture (aka knowing how to cook and what goes with what) is basically in the ether here. if you're in america and your nearest store is a massive slopco or something then yeah, maybe it's more difficult

Meal 1: 10 eggs

Meal 2: 1 lb of ground beef

That’s 150g of protein. How much do you need?
>>
>>77259483
Huh? Which part of that is even supposed to be hard on your digestive system?
>>
>>77259490
Look into skin bleaching, and read Greek classics. This will always be a long term problem but it can be mitigated.
>>
>>77259533
>700cal
>700-950 depending on lean/fat ratio
>no carbs or even PWO fruit in there
>Only 150g protein
Anon pls. If you’re avg. height, you need at least 2.2g/kg (so around 165+ for most men).
What would be better is a diversity of sources
>NFGY, 350g
>Egg, then 250-300g egg whites
>93/7 G beef, boneless skinless thighs or breasts
>insert fave fruits or easy digesting carbs here

he probably has issues with whey. i had to switch to whey isolate last year and drink it slowly because i previously oneshotted my stomach into gastritis while chugging it twice a day

Pic related is what I'm using. It tastes good and mixes good but I am pooping death constantly. 2 scoops is 60g, I can't add 3 more chicken breasts to my eating to replace that I would be stuffed and broke

Buy Greek yoghurt you idiot

Protein powder is basically trash yoghurt reduced to powder form and then they add a bunch of goy chemicals.
Just have a Greek yoghurt and be done with it
>>
>>77259483
Stop being a faggot.
You dont need 150g of protein a day

get whey isolate see if that works.also why the hell are you drinking two scoops? and how much is chicken where you are? isn't it the cheapest meat everywhere?
>>
>>77261362
>get whey isolate see if that works
I don't know what this is but I'll try it thanks
>also why the hell are you drinking two scoops?
Because each scoop is 30g so I can get 60g at once
>and how much is chicken where you are? isn't it the cheapest meat everywhere?
Meat is expensive af here and I'm a brokie. But even with meat if a breast is 20g or so protein I'd need 4 to equal one 2-scoop + 2-egg shake (75g)

whey is known to be tough on digestion
also wtf @ 4 chicken breasts for 75g of protein? i buy two prepackaged chicken breasts which is 500-600g which is at least 150g of protein

I just realized I only get ~110g a day at best even with 1.5 scoops of p powder. Here is an extremely typical day's diet;
Breakfast of plain nonfat Greek yogurt, applesauce, two eggs. 27g protein total
Lunch:
1.5 scoops protein powder, overnight oats with chia seeds, peanut butter, milk, walnuts, blackberries, and banana slices. 36g protein total (only the whey protein counts).
Dinner:
Leftover portion of baked pasta dish with ground turkey, ground pork, cottage cheese, parmesan, protein pasta, bell peppers, onion, garlic, tomato sauce. 50g total (only the meat and cottage cheese counts).

Chatjeetpt estimates 160g, but non animal sources don't count.

>how much is chicken where you are? isn't it the cheapest meat everywhere?
Pork is usually the cheapest.
Pork < Chicken < Beef
>>
>>77259483
Meat and beans and eggs but just cook them like a normal person don't drink retarded raw egg shakes and shit.
>>
>2 whole eggs + 210g egg whites, 36g (some tomatoes for digestion and taste)
>greek yogurt + protein powder, 57g (some berries for digestion and taste)
>240g lean ground beef, 59g (some tomatoes and lettuce for digestion)
152g 'tein today and not shitting my brains out
add carbs of your choosing like rice and taters and greens
