Do these actually develop grip strength? I’m sick of always getting my hand crushed when I shake someone’s hand
I dont think so
>>77259864Simply place their hand in your mouth instead. Your jaw is much stronger than you think.
>>77259869Well then you're retarded.>>77259864Yes, but, only a single aspect. Digit flexors. You still got to train digit extension, then wrist extension/flexion/eversion/inversion/supination/pronation... All those movements contribute to "grip". Grippers only train one part, closing your hand, there's a lot more to grip than that.
>>77259877Post arms
>>77259877So grippers in addition to a wrist roller should do the trick?
>>77259879Nah, won't be doing that. I don't play that faggy game. In fact you asking is just admitting you're a braindead tard or troll..zero other choices. Plenty athletes endorse grippers. Eat shit and die faggot.
>>77259891I accept your concession
>>77259890Only other thing you would need is some kind of bar, or a sledgehammer to train rotation and inversion/eversion.
>>77259895>things retarded faggots who proved nothing say
>>77259864Use fat grips or the Chinese knock off when doing curls
>>77259928I just got a pair of the blue ones. Been doing some dead hangs
>>77259864Grippers didn't work for me but lifting heavy did. Barbell work is best. I dont even target forearms and that still worked better than grippers.
>>77259932*oops dumbells but i also do barbell curls. No machines for sure
>>77259932>>77259944Seconding. Dumbbells and pullups blast my forearms like nothing else due to the grip strength needed to perform those exercises.
