Hello I was wondering what were the daily exercises I could do without equipment?
so far ive pondered and come upon: (I used ChatGPT)
Squats
Lunges
Glute bridges
Setups
Planks
Superman holds
Cardio
can a big strong man please tell me if there are any that should be removed or added? I really just want to hit all the muscles and look super awesome so anything advice helps.
btw it has to be done in 100 days because if I don't get results in that time frame i'm gonna use steroids.

Bro, let me be real with you. You need weights. After maybe a month of body weight exercises you'll plateau. Maybe you can get real creative like trying to stand on one hand or whatever bullshit, but unless you're going for a master's degree in gymnastics, just keep it simple, buy a rack, buy a barbell, buy a bench, and you can hit every major compound lift.

For big muscles you train in sets of 8-12 reps with a heavy load. Bigger loads = bigger muscles. You'll want to raise weights every week for fastest muscle growth during your first few months.

If you just do bodyweight for 100 reps and never raise weights, only do more reps, you're not training for muscle growth anymore, you're training for endurance. It's probably closer to cardio at that point than weightlifting.

You can get started on bodyweight exercises and then move on to weights when you get them. But if you're expecting to get jacked without weights you'll be disappointed. Though you might get good fat loss if that is a goal.

To all my dissenters, it is unattainable for me to get a pull up bar. You must understand goyim, that I will not be able to use equipment which is why the post says that.

Additionally, I did not say I wanted to grow muscles, I said that I wanted to "hit all the muscles look super awesome" which you assumed to mean grow muscles.

1. I know weights are better
2. I am doing body weight exercises either way
I just want to make sure I am doing the correct ones. (Correct as in hitting all the parts of the body)
