>>77259966Once a week is solid, you can even make gains every other week but you'll need to do a pretty hardcore full body workout where you go to failure on all the compound exercises and you probably won't have energy to do isolation stuff like curls and raises. If you're going to a gym that has a bunch of fancy machines, it'll be easy. Bench, pulldowns, squats/leg press machine, overhead press, deadlifts and rows is all you need to do. Rotate bench and overhead, and squats/deadlifts. Week1: overhead press, pulldowns, leg press/squat, rows.Week2: bench press, pulldowns, deadlifts, rows. Maybe buy a 10 and 20lb dumbbell so you can do curls and lateral raises at home whenever you have 5-10 mins to kill.

It should feel good (don't push yourself too hard).Then eventually your brain will allow you to work out 2x per week. Because it feels good. Continue to take it really easy.Work your way up to 5x per week, only then begin to increase loads/intensity. It is at this point when you can first permit yourself to be concerned with gainz.
