I'm trying a milk free diet to check if my acne comes from diary products.

Yesterday was the start of the 3rd week but no visible progress... Should I give up and try something else or wait for a month?

To be honest the first week I was drinking 1 glass a day (instead of the usual 5~6 glasses a day).
The second week I was milk free mostly of the time, besides one day that I drank 5 glasses and another one that I had 1 glass of milk.

This shit is so fucking ugly. I look like a monkey pox victim. This is the first time in my 28yo life that I'm confident enough to remove my tshirt but my back acne is FUCKING horrendous.

I only have balls to do my no-tshirts incelwalking while drunk.

Anyone tried this? When did you start to see some progress? Do you think that my relapses were the problem?

>he thinks milk causes acne.
fucking retard.
>>

It could be hormonal (wait for it to stabilize)
Or you could need exfoliation (use a back scrubber)
Or maybe you could use salicylic acid or lactic acid

It's not milk bruh. Europeans have been surviving off of dairy products for centuries.
>>
>>77260341
Has nothing to do with dairy consumption.
Exfoliate your back.
/thread.

>acne
>milk free
yes, dairy feeds parasites. bigger picture:
purge parasites and toxins
>>
chatgpt told me to wait 8 weeks and the relapses could restart the problem

Sugar mate. Cut all sugar for 2 weeks and see if it works
>>
>>77260388
Already cut like 90% of my sugar intake mid last year so I don't think it's due to sugar.

I eat tons of fried stuff, tho. That is the next logical step.
>>
>>77260417
Cut 100%
And don’t eat chocolate even if it’s dark
Try for 2 weeks

Elimination diets call for a month at the very least, usually, and elimination means 100% elimination, which can be tricky with dairy because dairy is in just about every other processed product. Read labels.
>To be honest the first week I was drinking 1 glass a day (instead of the usual 5~6 glasses a day)
>The second week I was milk free mostly of the time, besides one day that I drank 5 glasses and another one that I had 1 glass of milk
Then you haven't began your elimination diet, you are just fucking around. Get real if you want to actually figure things out.

Hey anon. I remember you from the other thread. Glad you posted this one. Bumping to learn more too.

Are you guys for real? Milk really doesn't have anything to do with it?

Good luck anon. I'll drink twice as much milk in your honors from now on.

It's genetic. One of your relatives probably has it or has had it.
>>
>>77260341
Get bloodwork done on IGF-1. Mine was 2x higher than the maximum of the normal range. In the mid 400s. That causes your oily skin and acne. What can be done about it? Not much. The only thing I found to work somewhat is keto diet. With that I could get it down to the low 200s, which is still high but my skin is way less oily (which in itself is a weird feeling as I was so used to it dripping in oil) and my back acne is way better. Not completely gone, but at least I'm no longer considering suicide because of it.

>It's genetic.
Niqqa there just some genetic risk factors like activity of enzymes involved in sebum production and different types of immune function but this shit literally an environmentally-acquired bacterial or fungal infection 9/10 times.

It does. Don't listen to ketoschizo. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6115795/

look into vitamin A poisoning - grant genereux
You have to cut out all dairy and vegetables and other sources of vitamin A for like 4 months to see maybe 50% improvement, and for 1 year for like 80% improvement.
Grant Genereux diet is very strict - only rice, black beans, and beef - and you will go through the classic signs of vitamin A poisoning when you detox it, like sun sensitivity and anxiety and yellow eliminations - but they should pass in 2 months for a younger guy like yourself.
Its a slow process, but vitamin A poisoning does indeed fuck up your skin when it comes out of your pores.
Also buy some collagen - it will make your skin heal faster.

Go to a dermatologist, dawg

Have you considered that it is maybe what you don’t eat that causes your skin to break out horribly? Lacking in certain nutrients? Or your hygiene routine? Or your environment that you live in? Your clothing? Your bedding?
>>
>>77260341
1) You're DYEL. This is unacceptable. Start lifting
2) Hop on tretinoin
>>
>>77260694
Removing milk was the start of my battle with acne. If that doesnt work I'll try other things.
>Or your hygiene routine? Or your environment that you live in? Your clothing? Your bedding?
Those are the things I don't think it's my case since they are fine, but not perfect. The other stuff are on my queue.
>>77260697
I just want 70 kg and 15% BF. You may call me a DYEL, a tranny, a bottom twink, I dont fucking care at all.
>>
>>77260703
You say they’re fine but how can we believe anything you say when your back looks like that? How often do you shower? Change clothes? Change your bedsheets and pillowcase?
>>
>>77260703
>I just want 70 kg and 15% BF
Me too buddy
>>
>>77260705
I shower 1 time a day (they are warm tho, and people say that warm showers are bad for acne), changing clothes every time I shower.
I change my bed sheets one time a week and I don't use a pillow to sleep.
>>77260706
what are your current spot, lad? Mine is 61 kg, prolly >20 BF
