cute

But I'm trying to gain a few pounds instead!

I think you can lose a little weight just exercising enough and still eating until you're full, especially on enough weight loss supplements, but YMMV.

>>

Do you go to tourist hot spots? Do you live in cali?
When i went to yellowstone i saw so many japs with their selfie sticks
>>

I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm trying to get into shape and maintain a positive outlook and need to have plenty of calories available for energy. I already cut down to hungry skeleton recently and you are 100% correct.

Isn't NY densely populated? What is the furthest from a town or city you went hiking?

once you develop enough muscle mass it actually becomes kind of hard to maintain, imo. your muscles grow but your stomach doesn't, and as your tdee increases you have to eat past satiety or add snacks between meals to adjust to your new requirements
>>
>>77260478
is fair populated yes
>What is the furthest from a town or city you went hiking?
i think 2 or 3 hours away from here to Pennsylvania
>>
>>77260483
If you are not several hours from the nearest town you get a lot of tourists. And even then if it's a popular spot you still get a lot of people. I have camped in relatively remote places to attack popular peaks starting in the early AM and there are always a ton of people at the top. Something less popular might not have anyone though.

That's your problem. The further away from major cities you get, the fewer non-whites you see on hiking trails. Generally the fewer non-whites you see with the exception of Hispanics who do farm labor.
>>
>>77260397
Nope. You can take ozempic and never get hungry while the pounds of fat just melt off.

What I can't understand is why feeling hungry is so bad for some people. It's just a minor discomfort. Maybe it triggers a much stronger reaction in them, but that's something you can train yourself to handle. I think they're just so used to giving in to their urges that going without food for a while triggers not only a stronger physical reaction but also some sort of psychological dependency. Many plants that are getting watered too frequently never develop deep roots so they become highly dependent on it and react badly to mild drying cycles, because they have never built the infrastructure to handle it.

It must depend on whether your lifestyle is still fun when you feel a bit empty all the time. With a stressful enough set of daily activities and insufficient or inadequate stress management skill on your part, polls.io/sqmmh/vote you'll more badly want to comfort-eat.
In fairness, I find the hunger gets annoying after a bit, maybe it takes some calorie-estimating to feel JUST hungry ENOUGH.

For me it's more about how much physical activity i do in addition to lifting and cardio. I used to be a labor bum and i would get real dizzy/nauseated from pushing too hard at work in an empty stomach. But most people dont have to dig trenches all day and have a consistent physical workload if they have a physical workload at all.
