machines are just better for legs. ill defend barbells and dumbbells and general free weights for upper body but the hacksquat and leg press just get the job done right. even lower back id rather just do extensions for at this point, and at least deadlifting is fun whereas squats are not fun

The further from 1rm you train, the less likely this is. Truly, so many retards only get injured cause they chase 1RM prs. If you reduced your training by just a little, almost all injuries would go away. Any injury as a result of simply your routine training is 100% proof you're training wrong and not recovering rignt. Yet most idiots will go right back to what they were doing asap.
