I didn't know that people still did leg extensions, i blame them for nearly all my current knee issues. And no idea why anyone would do a leg curl either

i think the difference is in gluteal engagement - u can't do my variant with glute max pressing feet down to floor

and if you want impressive shorts quads it's unilateral quartersquat with full internal hip rotation engaged entire time - builds massive VMO and knee part of the quadriceps PRONTO
