in order not to look like dyel. I'm barely doing 5 pull ups with 20kg and I expect have any muscle on my frame (it's narrow but still). Dudes who actually look like they lift bench 3 p8 and can do 80kg dips. It will take ages to look normal.

>>77262464Indeed, brother. I used to buy in the copes about diet and training giga hard. Bought all the whey powders, counted protein so that I would get at least 150g but nothing comes out of it. I weigh 80kg but I barely have any muscle and look very frail.

I know a guy who doesn't lift but do some labor work here and there. his calf is nearly the size of my head.oh and he was a debt collector once and nearly killed a guy with a head kick
>>77262478If ur a natty you HAVE to bulk to see actual gains. Get on gear if u can't bulk. You slow bulk like 15 pounds then cut and then bulk slightly higher and u end up with net muscle gain u just do that forever and experiment with muscle build
