Guys, I'm asking for your opinion. I've been following a diet of only meat, raw milk, eggs, and fruit for a while now (I make exceptions every now and then, but that's the rule). I've noticed that it's helped my workouts, but I have a problem: I'm fat, or rather, it's all in my belly. I'm not an expert: when I wanted to work out, I did it because "it's fun," and I started this diet because it was recommended, and I feel great. Should I eat less per day to maintain a calorie deficit? I've read that cardio is bad because it increases cortisol, while I should instead do heavy workouts because the muscles require more energy to rest. My workouts are chilled. I use dumbbells or a barbell at home, and I usually get in around 25k. What should I change/add to my routine to lose my drunk belly (I don't drink)?

A while is how long ?
Calories are a meme just keep going with your current program maybe add sprints

I've always had a fat belly, with phases of fatter and thinner, sometimes I think it would be nice to eliminate it completely but I don't know how. I've been training for about a year now

raw milk is a meme, you're going to get an infection eventually. just eat yogurt
cardio killing your gains is a complete meme that's been repeated here for decades

for your belly, i forget the name of the exercise because im sleep deprived, but it's the one where you hang from your pullup bar, keep your legs as straight as possible, and try to bring them up to a 90 degree angle. this hits your core muscles much much better than doing crunches. stronger core muscles will support your guts better, and bigger core muscles will be more visible through your skin

Thanks for the advice, I'll try it. But are you talking about cardio? I won't let you know about raw milk. Comparing it to the one in the supermarket, there's a big difference. The risks are the same as eating spoiled meat in a restaurant. You must be unlucky, after all.

The anon actually gave you good advice by making fun of your diet and idea of what a workout is. Either listen or keep jerking yourself off with your own ideas. And the anon is right, everything you do is pretty gay

???
Doing cardio is fine, and it always has been. There are thousands of studies saying doing anything at all increases your cortisol, or lowers your testosterone, or makes your balls shrivel up and die. 99% of it is junk science or is trying to sell you something like a supplement or a meal plan or a book or some dumb bullshit.
>I won't let you know about raw milk. Comparing it to the one in the supermarket, there's a big difference.
Which is...? It's your life and your choice, I'm just telling you that there is no functional benefit from drinking raw milk vs pasteurized milk. It's not uncommon for bacteria from animal feces or a hundred other sources to end up in the raw milk, which then doesn't get sterilized from the pasteurization process. Anyone crediting raw milk for their successes could have achieved the exact same thing drinking regular milk. If you want a source of pro-biotics or whatever, eat some yogurt. Pro-biotics don't really help you unless you're recovering from an illness and the antibiotics they prescribed to you nuked your gut biome.
>The risks are the same as eating spoiled meat in a restaurant.
...Which you shouldn't be doing. Why would you willingly eat spoiled meat and risk an intestinal parasite or bacterial infection?
