Not exactly. If you're choosing to not eat any veggies, then you would need to eat organ meat like liver and kidneys to supplement the lack of certain vitamins/minerals. Again, even Siberian and Mongolian cultures that eat a lot of meat still eat vegetables in some form. They are nomadic, the constant movement stimulates the bowels.

Bananas contain an enzyme called polyphenol oxidase (PPO). PPO can react with certain polyphenols (plant compounds) found in berries and other fruits.

Research showed that when bananas were blended into berry smoothies, levels of some flavanol compounds decreased because PPO altered them. That led to headlines like “bananas destroy berry antioxidants,” which overstates the effect.

What’s more accurate:

Bananas can reduce measurable amounts of some flavanols in mixed smoothies.
They do not remove all antioxidants.
Berries still remain nutritious when eaten with bananas.
The real-world health impact is still unclear and probably smaller than social media headlines suggest.

If someone wants maximum flavanol retention in a smoothie, they might avoid mixing bananas with berries and use fruits lower in PPO, like mango or pineapple instead. But eating bananas and berries together is still healthy overall.
