Give me your best recipes for cuts. I'm bored of eating the same shit everyday. It's usually chicken salad, eggs and berries, salmon and boiled broccoli, steak and asparagus, or chicken wings and chopped veggies. I need something new or else I'm gonna binge on a DQ blizzard.

Slice one carrot.
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of cider vinegar
50g of hard cheese
Salt , pepper
Mix everything with a spoon and a fork
Enjoy
Double the amount of everything if you add more carrots

Greek yogurt with orange juice on the side is also very good for you

>add some pepper white pepper cayenne and salt to the flour
I just make a ton of hot sauce chicken sandwiches and it's easy to get 200g/protein. Baked with bbq sauce is also simple and easy to eat 1lb of without starving for more calories.
