>>77264809It means you have tendon strain (probably from some other lift). You need to listen to your body, find out what is aching, and rest it before the injury becomes chronic.

I can't cross my feet and bring them behind my knees without shifting my thighs forward a bit to compensate for the center of gravity. I know I should keep my legs straight, but if I do, I touch the floor even while hanging. Am I cheating?

Supinated is for women and fatties. Pronated grip are real pull ups so just focus on that. It's like saying "my knees hurt when I knees down push ups".
