I cant do supinated grip without my wrist hurting. Does this mean im a retard?

It means you have tendon strain (probably from some other lift). You need to listen to your body, find out what is aching, and rest it before the injury becomes chronic.

Supinated is for women and fatties. Pronated grip are real pull ups so just focus on that. It's like saying "my knees hurt when I knees down push ups".

I'm a bit of a skelly, and I've got a weak bicep peak. I've been throwing in chin-ups after my pull-ups to really hit the biceps and fill them out.
