have you ever cured yourself of something that doctors missed? after years of er visits, neurology and ent visits, I am only realizing now that my chronic dizziness stems from my upper neck, where 50% of our sense of proprioception comes from. I tested this with neck movements and from journaling my overall symptoms all day. After doing chin tucks and building more neck muscle, I am noticing improvement.

Can anyone else relate? It's so discouraging because this is a top US hospital.

I got stomach problems from smoking way too much very strong weed back when it was a miracle cure but no one had a clue weed could do that shit to me.

as a fatty I can relate, every doctor is just like you should lose weight so like at this point I avoid paying out my ass for this insight

I went to various doctors for months about extreme neck pain and tension headaches. turns out my tongue position was retarded and mewing (holding tongue on the roof of mouth) solved it instantly.

Are you legit low IQ? Imagine being so thick you get so fat in the first place enough to hurt yourself and then going to the doctors again and again being like "hey doc why do my ankles hurt what on earth could be the problem"

You were given one body and you choose to destroy it for the sake of pleasure.

Same. Haven't been to a doctor in over a decade now.

Not exactly from curing myself, but more getting a second opinion and finding someone who knew what the fuck they were doing. I had a lady nurse practitioner that ran some labs when I was 29 and wanted to put me on trt for low t. Was around 286 I think? I asked her about hCG so I could have kids and she never heard of it, she just said I likely don't have enough test anyway to have kids so I'd be better off on trt.

I saw a men's health doctor who said she didn't run nearly enough labs, didn't check my LH, didn't check zinc levels and a bunch of other stuff. So he did those and put me on 30mg/day zinc. She also didn't tell me I should get T checked first thing in the morning, I went after work the day I got it checked. Fast forward 6 months of zinc, got it rechecked, 580s. Now last time I looked it was like 710. All from zinc and other dietary changes and supplements.

Yes, with chlorine dioxide.

Yeah. I don't think people truly understand how little doctors know about soft tissue issues and how they compound into pretty gnarly shit.

ACL tear on my right knee, left shoulder dislocation and rotator cuff tear, autism, ASPD and paranoid schizophrenia symptoms, phimosis, seborrheic dermatitis

among the many that I cured on my own with my own two hands and experimentation
