>>77264891they make bread pills now?
>>77264891I can't give up bread no matter how much /fit/ autists want me to. I do eat whole wheat bread now, and whole wheat pasta.
>>77264891yes i eat like 3-4 loaves of sourdough per weeki also run 80km per week so i need the carbsif you’re a lifter worried about your body composition and you’re eat bread, you’re a mental retard or a weak man
>>77264928I love baked sourdough slices with a bit if butter and tonies put on first
>>77264928>splattered all over the road by a trucknothing personnel kid
Just learn how to make bread at home, it's legitimately not hard.
>>77264928>kmweak man
>>77264891some sourdough in the morning with my coffee.some sourdough in the afternoon with my hard boiled eggs.some rice in the evening with my dinner.
>>77264946White bread is easy as hell, sourdough threw me for a loop. The amount of flour wasted to get your starter going/maintained was untenable.
>>77264891what do you eat it with?
>>77265051baileys and coffee
>>77265045This is true, but compared to buying bread I'm still way ahead. I love my sourdough starter, it's like a pet. My wife does all the baking but I maintain the starter, 150g of flour per day in a quart jar is what I've settled on. Works out to about .$30 per day. It's a bit of work but well worth it. Her name is Betsy.
>>77264894best strategy to space it out or at least make sure you have at least one main meal without carbs (salad)
>>77264891the easiest, no-nonsense bread you can make is called pane cafone, an italian bread with low gluten and high protein, making it soft and pillowy on the inside, crunchy and crispy on the outside. I bought a loaf in Sorrento and I went back to the baker to ask about it; it's an old Tuscan recipe for poor people, but it's so cheap and easy to make, you can eat it with every meal.https://emisgoodeating.com/2021/12/01/neapolitan-crusty-bread-pane-cafone/probably should lurk /ck/ for more about breadmaking, but when it comes to macros, bread is second only to rice.
>>77264891I dont buy any junkfood. Toast (light rye) with butter or pb is my junk food
Ah yes, let's collect seeds filled with antinutrients, remove as much of the toxic stuff as possible, grind it down to a powder and mix it with water to create seed slime and bake it into a form. Sure the taste sucks, so we add sugar and salt to mask it, then cheese, meat, sauces and jams.
>>77265919At least i know i can safely ignore anything posted with this image
>>77264891my gut health improved so much that it improved my sleep and general quality of life since i cut seed oils and store bought bread completely.
My father opened up a sourdough bakery and i eat 2 big slices with butter and 5 eggs every morning, sometimes I eat it with honey aswell before leg day
>>77265919that is only like 10% of the process to make refined seed oilheating processes, bleaching and removing the deodor since seed oil would otherwise smell like wet diapers
>>77265919Name one food that is tasty without salt or sugar in it
>>77264891he would be proud of you
>>77265761Lmao you don't need to feed it every day anon, that's only when initially creating the starter... Once established, put 25g in the fridge. Night before you want to bake, feed 50g/50g and leave it out. In the morning after it's grown, stash your 25g back in the fridge and bake with the rest (100g). Rinse and repeat. Unless you enjoy wasting time every single day, up to you
>>77265919Water, flour, salt, yeast. Wow such seed oil... Don't buy it from the goy store retard
>>77266449I've tried this and you're right, I could save some flour this way, but wife bakes 2-3 loaves per week and sometimes randomly biscuits, sourdough pancakes, and other stuff so I just keep it ready. I am never going to get lean at this rate but I'm happy where I am.
>>77266531Sounds like you have an awesome wife, good work brah
>>77264946True. I had a bad mom and had to learn to cook from zero. Out of all the things I learned to make bread was the easiest.
>>77266462lolim a bread eater but youre obviously confused
>>77264891Bread, butter, and beef are the only things that bring me joy in life and also the bane of my existence because I can't control myself and always overeat them. Currently visualizing myself eating a french dip on hour 36 of a 3 day fast to trick my brain, it is not working.

>>77268571same feminine response every time from you cultists
>>77268588Yeah like I said, weird
>>77268588this nigga needs some pusy lmao
>>77264891Real bread is based.
>>77264946Share your easy recipe then.Because I tried today and failed.
>>77269052Just ask chatgpt anonBest piece of advice I could give though is to add your liquid last always. Mix dry ingredients and then add liquid slowly and only until the dough ball comes together. If you just dump the amount the recipe says, I find you end up with too much and have to add more flour which is way more annoying than just not adding the water in the first place
