When you open inhale as deeply as you can, do you hear/feel breath leaving with every heartbeat?Im pretty sure stimulants perma fucked my heart, I cant even sleep on my back anymore because the heartbeat is too annoyingBasically palpataions all day every day the only time it feels the way i remember it is coming off stimulants when it feels normalSo yeah idk stomach moving with heartbeat and breathing and feeling it is heart beating like that bad am O gonna die early nowThis is off and on ruining my life by me obessing over it and scaring myselfI also have super low tolerance to stimulant drugs of any kind including coffeine nowThis situation has not majorly improved after months of sobriety i learned to sleep on my stomach and ignore the feelings, but i dont feel like i once didThe only upside(?) to all this is cans of redbull feel like popping speed to me now

You might have GERD. I had something like this after doing an anavar cycle and using stims as well, fucked my stomach for a while on top of having some serious intercostal pain and stiffness from working out. Basically a combo of GERD and costochondritis causing stomach and muscle spasms right by my heart. My doctor didn’t take it very seriously but it eventually went away after a year or so of me managing it through different exercise selection, yoga, and diet modifications. Still, if I do certain exercises (lat pullovers, or intense ab work) the tightness will come back. Just last night I had some insane ab doms from hanging leg raises directly on the ab right in front of my heart. Woke up with my entire left oblique cramping at 2am. Such is life. Get a fitbit if you’re worried about heart rate or go get a cardiogram. It’s pretty common health anxiety problem— hypersensitivity to one’s heartbeat
>>77265757Did that,Heart rate is good, resting atleast, it just beats hardBought bp cuff too, perfect bpAnd yet i feel it beating so hardMaybe it is a mental thing, I read about other people having that after stimulantsSure hope soI wish I could just get one of those heart output tests to ease my worries but idk how id convince a doctorTheyd just do ECG, maybe ECG under load both will be fine
>>77265017I think some of the newer fitness trackers/smartwatches can detect heart issues, it might be worth looking into and buying one to wear all the time just to monitor heartbeat.
