You can't be smaller than a guy that is shorter than you, even as an ectomorph skinnyfat dyel. It's not possible lol.
being tall is a curse. I look like the guy on the left despite 4 years of natty lifting
>>77265097I'm also fairly tall and only supplementally-enhanced without gear; physique in between both of the OP guys but a little closer to right than left.
>>77265124have you ever been in love before?
>>77265124Post physique
>>77265097You are probably way way off on the important things:>really nailing a workout, most people don't ever do something like 10 sets a muscle group since 5 or so sets only feels like enough if I'm lifting the same muscle every 2-3 days>good form(being able to rehab and prevent injury, able to properly target the exact muscles like triceps as an example of higher level mind muscle connection)>more worried about not overdoing calories rather while negatively impacting the amount of muscle that can be built in a period of time, also complaining that bulking makes you fat while basicslly maximizing fat gain when you're actually bulking You could be lackluster at basically everything else from programming, rest(of course very important but sleeping doesn't magically give you gains), even your macros can be suboptimal as long as you are eating something that isn't ridiculously unhealthy, your equipment could suck as long as you are actually using resistance and can properly target muscle groups(calisthenics kind of neglects lower back, and you still need weights to not have objectively bad progress speed). Just don't do something stupid like benching the same frequency and volume as squats or only hit arms twice a week and wonder if there's even a possibility that they can grow faster. You should take 99% of what most people are doing and just throw it straight in the trash.
the guy on the right might be heavier than left
>>77265179I didn't read any of that
>>77265191>spends an hour every few days at least lifting>doesn't want to spend 30 seconds to read a post that will stop you from wasting time and going nowhere I didn't even ready what you posted I just assumed this was what you'd say.
>>77265092There's a huge difference between>cardio dork who cares less for any weights>someone who habitually does push-ups, dips and shit or even lifts since high school or earlierTrying to rush results vs building an actual base over literally 5+ years by the time you're 20. People often don't mention if they hit the gym for a few days a year but that is the difference between 0% making your job easier by a whole year compared to starting as someone who does their homework and doesn't do 1 pushup for over a month.
>>77265092Hmm, yes sweaty, it's possible. It's called mass, pick up a physics book
>>77265092Why are short ppl so funny irl?
>>77265092Here is the question. Who would you want on your side in a fight between the two in OP. Right looks way tougher.
