I read a blog a long time ago where a guy did 6 meals a day on the Paleo diet and exercised for 10 minutes before every meal. He got shredded. Couldn't find it again when I looked for it, but there's one data point. The problem is you can only really do cardio or easy bodyweight stuff. If you want to lift heavy you would need to warm up again every time.
