I eat vegetarian most of the time, it's cheaper, I get my protein, and it leaves more room for quality dairy.My sauce for when I'm cutting (tofu dinner, maybe some green beans), is 1 tbsp of Gochujang, 2 tbsp of onions sauce, I mix em with a fork, then dump the tofu (baked at 350 for 30 mins) into the mix. Press em down with your fork, get the sauce over everything, then eat it uppppppp.Evening snack is whey protein and non-fat Greek yoghurt mixed together for 50 grams of protein for about 320 cals.Also, 'firmness' is better understood as 'density', silken has less cals than firm, which has less than extra Firm.
