I can hear my right tympanic fucking membrane flex constantly in sync with my heartbeat because it's loose from repeatedly bursting and healing over and over due to overpressure from inner ear fluid build up caused by auto immune disease resulting in myriad near unrelenting infections. I can't be the only one with this problem, anyone else?

Sometimes when I do extended cardio I get a pounding in my right ear.
I was a 4 year varsity wrestler have had my nose broken, MtB crashes.
Is there any way yo fix this? I need to see an ENT? My TMJ has gone away, thankfully.
