Does anyone have any tips to make it more enjoyable other than music, podcasts etc.?
Go outside. I can run outside and do a 1+ hour run, or 3+ hour bike ride and enjoy myself the entire time. 5 minutes on a treadmill and I want to off myself. Cardio machines are dystopian prison machines.

>>77267279I saw a youtube video where a woman dresses up in a different beautifully flowing gown each time she practices her sprinting. Maybe you could do something similar?
>>77267269Do zone 5 or 4You won’t have time or concentration for anything except getting oxygen
>>77267269Fuck dyel cardio. Sprint as fast as you can. Rest 3 minutes then do it again. Imagine that you try to rape when sprinting. Once a week.
Max incline treadmill, and just keep yourself at the highest sustainable walking speed + heart rate for 30+ minutes. That's the hack. Less wear than running and less heart rate variation, I keep a steady 190bpm almost the whole time. Turn your brain off and watch videoThink of it like a multivitamin
>>77267269Fast music.
>>77267269don't really struggle much with it, i get a huge endorphin rush from it. maybe pace yourself better, focus on pacing and put the time in? i often just close my eyes while on a machine once i've got the pace down.
do it outside and with a group. Join a cycling group or go to your local parkrun.I love cardio but I cannot stand doing it indoors at a gym. 18km on a treadmil was the most mind numbing experience of my life would rather kms senpai
Caffeine, good quality headphones, little towel for sweat. Have something to think about. Know that you are a beast of the field build to endure.

Train with me, I'm a powerlifter with no interest in cardio but I couldn't avoid it any longer so I've made a routine that I actually don't hate and I've been able to keep it up for a while now because it has a factor of fun in it.First I run at a fast paced to my local park which is 10 minutes walk away. Then I do interval sprints (4 at the moment) with 20 seconds rest between them, then I do a jog back which is the most boring part but doesn't take too much time and I don't mind it because I used to walk back which was way more boring and a waste of my evening. So I've squeezed in some extra cardio for no cost because it a distance I'd have to cover anyway and I get home quickly. My cardio has gone up like MAD. Feels good
For me cardio I just do daily 10,000k walks in nature
