Anyone here actually had legit results with peptides for injury recovery?Mainly asking about BPC-157 + TB-500.Interested in REAL experiences, not influencer/TikTok garbage. What injury/problem were you trying to fix?Did it fully heal or just reduce pain/inflammation?How long did you run it for?Dosage? How long until you noticed effects?Did the effects stay after stopping, or did everything come back?Any permanent healing/results?Where did you inject? Belly, near injury site, glutes, elsewhere?Did the injection location actually matter?Any side effects?Anyone from NZ/Australia know how people are actually getting this stuff now with customs/TGA and other shit cracking down?Seen mixed reports:Some people claim chronic tendon/knee/shoulder issues disappeared in 3–6 weeks; others say it did absolutely nothing. Curious what /fit/’s consensus is.

i was interested in bpc 157 to fix my inflamed colon but i think you have to inject it, and i don't do needles
>>77267480I think BPC helped with my elbow tendonitis somewhat.Impossible to quantify the results. Its cheap and has no real side effects, so why not?
>>77267486there is oral BPC but its like 10% as effective>>77267498me as well on the tendonitis, its still not 100% healed but it's only been about 3weeks
>>77267486i'm pretty sure you use oral BPC for digestive tract issues, and i believe they use delayed-release capsules so it can survive your upper digestive tract
Tweaked my shoulder benching 3plts. The peptides actually work. People say there are no long term studies but the shit is literally made by your stomach.
>>77267480Especially interested in anyone who is from or lives in NZ or Australia and can tell me how they acquired BPC-157 and/or TB-500
>>77267480Reconstituted BPC-157 from powder w/ bacteriostatic water & injected.Partially healed a torn shoulder labrum. Had to do low intensity high volume shoulder workout with bands before & after injection for it to penetrate tissue deeply. Would use a syringe with a longer needle if doing it again. Worked best injected into muscle.Completely cured muscle tears in rear of shoulder within weeks. Issue is apparently highly localized effect.Made me very hungry for protein, especially collagen, and made me pleasantly sleepy. Was injecting 30 ml 2 or 3 times a week. Also noticed significant hypertrophy when I did it before or after an actual shoulder workout, which persisted for almost a year. Faded but I still grow shoulders faster now. Post-workout recovery was very fast, almost 24 hours. If I was wealthy I could probably do full body high intensity weight training daily by injecting BPC-157 into every muscle group.Molecule is very fragile to shaking and room temperature heat, only buy powder and reconstitute. Vials should be vacuum sealed and will violently suck fluid from 300+ unit needle into vial. This is bad, hold plunger and gently release fluid into vial. Gently roll vial until powder is completely dissolved, store in fridge.Make sure to inject both shoulders so you don't look lopsided if doing it for aesthetics. Also injected into maseter jaw muscle to cure TMD. Sore for a day but eventually cured it. Increased jaw muscle mass.BPC-157 pills + injections with 1" long needle syringes are what I want to try next to see if it improves joint penetration and offers faster total body exercise recovery.Never tied TB-500.May be placebo effect but I also noticed improved cardio gains, greater shoulder muscular endurance, and more general cardio endurance. Shoulders also have more and bigger blood vessels when I cut.
>>77267529I've had some issue with my back for the past six or so years. Reckon it's a torn lower trapezius and/or rhomboid. You reckon it would help heal that?Nothing else has really worked, and I'm seeing a specialist in a few months.
>>77267480used bpc like ~5yrs ago after bicep tear. injections at injury/surery place. i do not think it did much but i have zero comparison since ive never used anything else and never went through distal 'cep tendon tear without bpc. as for other question i havenmt noticed anything / dont know. the only other thing is that i remember feeling bit more sleepy/hungry. im 90% sure its snake oil
>>77267480I've never seen a health fad catch on as fast as peptides. People just hate working hard
>>77267480it can mask your pain, but to truly maximize its healing effects, you need to synergically take them with hgh.
Best protein
>>77267787>People just hate working hardDon't really see how that's relevant or what point you're trying to make
>>77267480Used BPC for several injuries and always healed within a couple days like hooleefuk.Got tendonitis rn and wish I had some fkn bpc but im broke as fuck
>>77267819You do but you're playing stupid because you are trying to imply an adversarial point, which is a pretty lame conversational tactic because it necessitates a reply chain in which you come back to substantiate your bias instead of using a well placed witty retort
>>77267796Based, I love that protein. It keeps you from balding, among many, many other things.
skeptical on bpc, other peptides seem more promising. there are too many anecdotes like >>77267529>>77267709that are almost the complete opposite. could be bad drugs though. issues like most mild tendonitis is easily fixable with isometrics, but people seem to jump straight to peptides instead. also when you stick a needle next to the injury you are going to get increased blood flow to the area which will help with recovery in and of itself. its hard to find people saying I dry needled the fuck out of the area for months and it did not do anything then I did bpc to the same area and it fixed it in two weeks. with the amount of people using this shit, you would think there would be better data available.
>>77267517I live in Victoria. I just go on glp1forum.com and go down to vendors and pick one mostly I use HPT as my choice I've never had a package not reach me. I now got a freezer full of vials of different stuff. Takes about ten days to be delivered.
Reta pros: I have an 18cm dick!Reta cons: Having throat issues, not sure whether from silent reflux or from thyroidGonna pause my reta for a couple weeks then start at a lower dose again.
>>77267787UGA DUGA WHEEL IS CHEATING WE HUMANS SHOULD LIVE IN CAVES AND CARRY MEAT WE GET FROM FIGHTING ANIMALS WITH OUR BARE HANDS
>>77267480it hurt to stand, it hurt to pee, bpc didn't work for meit flim flammed my flumpart, it bim bammed my bumpartit made me a fluster, I felt like a dumbart
>>77268853Sorry you're so upset
>>77267787this is the kind of retard that thinks everything is ozempichilariously, Im sure he roids
>>77268874I was making fun of you, pig.
>>77267544It could heal any soft tissue if it can penetrate deep enough and you exercise it to improve penetration. Though injecting into your back solo is very hard, do you have someone who can do that for you?>>77268149I fucked up reconstituting one vial and got no benefit from it. You just have to learn proper lab technique. Fragile chemicals be fragile n shit, bro.1inch long needle with maybe 18 or 16 gauge (thickness) and a 30 cc syringe is what I used for injections where I got the most benefit. Also you need to do something to get the muscles moving when and where you inject. Even just band work helps.
>>77268070That's a really roundabout way of saying you can't actually explain or defend your pointYou're just here for ad hom and personal jabsgot itYou can leave now
>>77267480>What injury/problem were you trying to fix?Twisted my knee, really bad, a few years ago, still hurt if I overworked it, or when it was getting cold outside...>Did it fully heal or just reduce pain/inflammation?When I originally went off cycle I've never had it hurt again>How long did you run it for?In cycles (KLOW), 6 weeks on, 3 off, repeat. Initial cycle was 6 weeks then like 2-3 months off.>Dosage?3.2mg KLOW which is "2mg GHK-Cu, 0.4mg BCP-157, 0.4mg TB-500 (TB4), 0.4mg KPV" once daily, before bed>How long until you noticed effects?Probably 3 weeks or so>Did the effects stay after stopping, or did everything come back?Did first cycle and didn't have an issue with it again. After a while I started another cycle because it generally made me feel better, skin looked better, and I recovered noticeably faster.>Any permanent healing/results?Yeah, shit doesn't hurt anymore>Where did you inject? Belly, near injury site, glutes, elsewhere?Upper glutes>Did the injection location actually matter?I did belly for a while, but glutes seemed better after testing it out a bit. I didn't want to bother trying to find a place near my knee to stick it and I ended up not needing to.>Any side effects?I've noticed no negative sides>Anyone get weird anxiety/depression sides or improvements?I felt better overall... basically every day after the initial few weeks so there's that... plus I didn't start to limp 3/4 of the way though a heavy work day.>Did rehab/PT still matter, or did peptides carry recovery?I wasn't hurting 100% of the time it was just something chronic that'd pop up every once in a while, so I wasn't doing any out of the ordinary. Just gym 3x a week, and work (Construction). At this point I don't care if it's placebo
>>77268881Yeah so like I said, sorry you're so upset
>>77269275Thanks for proving my point, you have a good day now.
