/fit/'s favorite medical condition. Sup' /b/ros?Has anyone managed to look good with PE?
Staying low bodyfat is essential, flared ribs will give you a lil potbelly once you get up in bf numbers. Wasn't an issue for me but if you're prone to hunching over, that can make your PE look a lot worse, prioritize back/pull exercises to ensure you have a good posture. Other than that I found that dips and dumbbell pullovers are the best way to deal with it if you don't want to bother with pumps and or surgery.Though my case was pretty mild to begin with.Steve Reeves is a pretty good example of someone who overcame mild pectus by building an insane physique
>>77267830thats not pectus...
>>77267821Nope, mine still looks terrible
>>77267821I have the opposite of this and don't need to work chest. Boys were all miring and touching my chest in middle school
Why did God curse me with having this? I've never done anything bad, to anyone
I outlifted it and have a huge rack that chicks like putting their nose in.
