Eating disorder? Imma *ba dum tsshh* eat dis order.

You see, my body goes into starvation mode if I don't eat.
That said. It just means I gotta allot calories to the PM to stroke the metabolic fire overnight, but to hardly eat in the daytime is a very limited existence. I bedrot all day without the energy to do get out of the house.

there is nothing stopping you from making loaded baked potatoes with healthy(ish) toppings
>shredded chicken instead of bacon
>unsweetened (low fat) greek yogurt instead of sour cream
>whatever veg you like, you can throw on there (broccoli is nice, as are peppers)
i will say to try and go easy on the yogurt and use whatever spices you have to season the chicken beforehand, just remember to also go easy on the salt

muscle is also heavier than fat, so whatever muscle you're gaining while burning fat is probably offsetting the weight loss a bit

Don't eat anything all day every day. Then when the sun goes down eat some nuts (lightly salted) and a fruit. In the morning take vitamin c. This is not ed so ignore if you want ed.
