One thing they don't tell you about losing a lot of weight or putting on a lot of muscle is that while people treat you better, you still won't have "pretty" privilege with the people that knew you when you were fat/dyel. For instance if you go to some type of third space with a good ratio and you lose a lot of weight and look aesthetic now, the girls may be impressed, but it won't help you sexually with them because they still remember you as a former powershitter/twig. So don't fret if you get fit and don't reap the "promised" social benefits, a lot of it is just people's first impressions are hard to 100% change even if you do.
